Our measurement technicians are VCCN certified to test and validate your cleanroom for particle concentration, air velocity, and filter quality. We work exclusively with calibrated and approved measuring equipment. Our measurement technicians compile a report on the validation and can also advise you on the design, modification, or improvement of your cleanrooms.
When designing new products, it is often forgotten that they will eventually need to be cleaned. We like to be involved in new developments at the earliest possible stage in order to contribute to the best possible “design for cleanability.” Because we see thousands of products pass by every year, we have a wealth of experience with geometry, shapes, materials, and cleaning strategies.
For the cleanability of some products, it is necessary to clean them as single parts beforehand and only assemble them after bake-out/RGA. Our operators have the knowledge and experience to carry out assembly work.
When it comes to challenges in the field of clean production, we can share our accumulated knowledge to minimize contamination during machining and assembly of parts. This prevents products from failing to meet cleanliness requirements and/or ensures maximum efficiency of the cleaning process.
